You have 21 days for your return to arrive to us.

YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER WITHIN YOUR PARCEL OTHERWISE A REFUND CANNOT BE PROCESSED.

All items must be unworn with tags.

Be unwashed

Have all labels attached

Be unused/ not worn

Have no makeup, fake tan or other marks.

Not smelling of washing powder/smoke/perfume etc
Shoes must be tried on indoors
Swimwear is non returnable due to hygiene reasons
If an item is returned to us that does not comply with the above you will be given an option of paying a postage fee of £3.99 for the item returned to you for up to 14 days

How to return an item
1. Please email us on xblush.boutique@yahoo.com, we will then email you with the process of sending it back.
2. Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your order confirmation of purchase email. If this is not inside then the refund cannot be processed as we cannot match your return to your order. You can use the bag the items arrived in or another bag if you prefer.
3. You will get receive an email as soon as we have received your items and when a refund is issued.

Faulty Items

In the rare circumstance you receive a faulty item – please contact us via out email address found on our website with information and a picture of the fault so we can quickly resolve it.

Terms of Refund
​
We reserve the right to not refund you, if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy, as such these items may be returned to you.
We only offer free returns if you have already paid for the shipping when ordering. If you received free shipping, then you will liable for the return cost, with the exception of faulty items.
